FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container), commonly known as Jumbo Bags or Bulk Bags, are the global standard for transporting and storing dry flowable bulk materials. With a safe working load ranging from 500 kg to 2,000 kg, a single FIBC bag replaces 20 to 40 standard sacks — dramatically reducing handling time, freight costs, and packaging waste.
Sapphox Ventures supplies premium FIBCs manufactured from 100% virgin woven polypropylene, built to international safety standards including 5:1 (single-trip) and 6:1 (multi-trip) safety factors. Every bag is manufactured against a defined specification and can be built to customer requirements across construction type, loop style, top filling, and bottom discharge.
Our FIBC bags are engineered to meet the strict handling and safety requirements of various bulk industries:
We supply a complete range of premium FIBC types — each engineered for specific materials, container space optimization, and handling safety.
Most widely used in construction. Suitable for most dry granular materials. Easy to fill and discharge.
Woven from a circular loom for a seamless body. Rounder shape, uniform pressure distribution. Preferred for fine powders and dusty materials.
Two side panels plus one continuous U-shaped panel for the front, base, and back. Stronger structure than 4-panel for heavier loads.
Internal baffles at the four corners maintain a square shape when filled. Maximises storage and container space. Ideal for palletised storage and shipping.
For flammable or explosive materials. Type C uses conductive threads with grounding requirement. Type D is fully static-dissipative without grounding. Both comply with IEC 61340-4-4.
Woven open-mesh fabric allows airflow. Essential for products requiring ventilation during storage: onions, potatoes, firewood, and other agricultural produce.
Manufactured in controlled conditions from FDA/EU food-contact compliant materials. Inner PE liner, sealed seams, and dedicated food-safe facility certification available.
