About Sapphox

The Sapphox Advantage

Why Buyers Choose Sapphox — And Keep Coming Back

Working with a new international supplier is a risk. Here is how we reduce that risk for you at every step.

Uncompromising Quality Assurance

Quality Is Checked, Not Assumed

We do not rely on supplier declarations alone. Every product category we work in has a defined set of quality parameters — and those parameters are verified before any shipment leaves India.

For packaging products, this means dimensional accuracy, weight tolerance, burst strength, and stitching quality are checked against order specifications and, where required, against European import standards.

For food products, this means moisture content, foreign matter limits, aflatoxin levels (critical for European markets), and microbiological standards — all verified through third-party lab testing where required.

We maintain a documentation file for every order: test reports, inspection certificates, and compliance declarations. If a buyer asks for any of it, it is ready.

What We Verify

  • Dimensional accuracy & weight tolerance (packaging)
  • Burst strength & stitching quality (bags)
  • Moisture content & foreign matter (food)
  • Aflatoxin levels — EU MRL compliant (food)
  • Microbiological standards verification
  • Third-party lab test reports maintained
  • Full documentation file for every order

You are not trusting us. You are seeing the evidence.

Our 7-Step Export Process

From inquiry to delivery — how every order moves through Sapphox.

1

Inquiry & Requirement Alignment

Before we quote, we understand. Product specification, quantity, packaging requirements, destination port, required certifications, and delivery timeline. We ask the right questions so there are no surprises later.

2

Sourcing & Supplier Verification

We identify or confirm the right supplier from our vetted network. For new suppliers, we conduct a background check and request sample verification before committing to production.

3

Pre-Shipment Quality Inspection

Before packaging and dispatch, products are checked against agreed specifications. Where required, third-party inspection agencies are engaged. Non-conforming goods are rejected — not renegotiated.

4

Packaging & Labelling

Products are packed according to destination market requirements — including labelling in the buyer's language, country-of-origin markings, and any specific import regulation requirements.

5

Documentation & Customs Clearance

We handle the full documentation set: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate (for food), bill of lading, and any product-specific certificates. We coordinate with customs agents to ensure clean export clearance.

6

Shipment & Live Tracking

Once shipped, buyers receive the full documentation set and shipment tracking details. We remain in contact during transit and flag any logistics developments immediately.

7

Post-Delivery Follow-Up

We check in after delivery to confirm the shipment was received as expected. Any issues at this stage are addressed directly — not avoided.

Why We Earn Long-Term Trust

Three principles that define how we work — and why buyers stay.

We Are Reachable

You will have a direct contact at Sapphox — not a ticketing system, not a rotating call center. One person who knows your account.

We Are Honest About What We Cannot Do

If a product is outside our verified supply chain, we say so rather than overpromising and underdelivering. This has cost us short-term business and earned us long-term trust.

We Understand European Market Requirements

EUDR compliance, aflatoxin limits, CE marking considerations for packaging, REACH regulations — we know what matters on your side and we work backwards from your requirements.
